Securities and Exchange Board of India has ordered a refund for investors affected by Growpital's scheme. The refund will involve ₹192.88 crore raised from over five thousand investors through unregistered entities. Sebi will verify investor details with Cashfree Payments before issuing refunds proportionately. Investors will receive interest at a rate of 12% per annum from the date of the interim order.
