Our response timeline
- Acknowledgement — within 24 hours of receipt.
- Resolution — within 15 days of receipt.

The Grievance Officer handles concerns including but not limited to:
- Content takedown requests.
- Content disputes and corrections.
- Copyright complaints.
- Data-related grievances under the DPDP Act, 2023.
- Reports of harassment, abuse, or unlawful content.
